Program Details:
Start Date: February 10, 2025
Class Size: Limited to 6 participants
Eligibility: To participate, you must have a diagnosis of hip or knee osteoarthritis with symptoms such as:
Stiffness in the hip or knee
Pain during activity or movement Crepitus, decreased range of movement, or bony enlargement in the kneeDecreased range of movement in the hip, including sideways and rotational movements
Program Fee: $735, which includes:
Initial Physiotherapy Consultation with Jessica Mosley – $135
2 compulsory FREE education sessions (Monday 10/02/25 at 9am and Thursday 13/02/25 at 5pm)12 exercise classes – 2 classes / 6 weeks : $600 (to be paid upfront with your Initial consultation). Classes take part on Monday 9am commencing 17/02/25 and Thursday 1.30pm commencing 20/02/25.
You may be eligible for partial funding through Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care Program) or private health insurance extras. Please consult with your GP or health insurance provider for more details (code PHY500 Initial Physio / PHY560 for classes).
