Catena has a background in health administration and gains great satisfaction in helping people no matter how small the gesture is. In her spare time, she loves to cook Italian dishes, art, garden, socialise, read and travel. She strives to improve her health and fitness regime this year by incorporating pilates, yoga and walking outdoors in the fresh air.
