Vanessa qualified as a physiotherapist from Melbourne University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours.
Since then, she has diversified her skills by training in Clinical Pilates, Redcord functional strength training from Norway, Kinetic link training and most recently completed her Vinyasa Yoga certification at Moksha Yoga Academy.
Vanessa’s strengths include the integration of musculoskeletal treatments with rehabilitation exercises assisting in the prevention and treatment of injury, equipping people with the tools to move through the various stages of their lives with vitality.
She has a passion for teaching movement, focusing on creating structural integrity and mind/body awareness.
She lives locally with her husband, 2 children and dog and spends her free time kiteboarding, camping and practising yoga and meditation.
