Kumi became a qualified Myotherapist in 2012 and was soon certified as a Fitness and Pilates Instructor. Prior to becoming a Myotherapist, her passion for health and well-being began in Japan with traditional therapeutic body alignment called Seitai.
Her treatment is effective for releasing tightness of the muscles, which provides more range of motion and will minimise and may even prevent further muscular pain and injuries.
Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling therapy, joint mobilisation and Muscle Energy Techniques may be included in the treatment.
She loves being a hands-on mum and walking her two staffies on the beach.
