Even though the golf courses are closed, it is still important to stay fit for golf. What better way than to do a Virtual Golf Fitness Class with our Physiotherapist Krystal Evans who is TPI Certified. This class is designed for ALL levels of golfers who would like to improve on their
    • strength
    • control
    • range of motion
    • and stability.
There is no need to worry about going out to get anything as you will be utilising the exercise equipment that you already have at home (even if it is just yourself and your golf club).
