Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 slices Prosciutto di Parma
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Fetta
  • Baby Spinach leaves
Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven to 180
  • Wrap prosciutto around each muffin hole.
  • Place 2-3 spinach leaves inside
  • Crack an egg into each muffin
  • Place 2 x halves cherry tomato on top of egg
  • Crumble a little feta on top.
  • Place in oven- bake till egg cooked through- approx. 20
