Niamh Proctor
Physiotherapist
Niamh (pronounced Neeve) is an experienced physiotherapist from Scotland interested in sports-related injuries and injury prevention.
Since graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland, she has gained diverse experience, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, trauma orthopaedics, and aged care. Her sporting career, including representing Scotland U21’s in rugby and working with various soccer teams across Scotland and Melbourne, has fuelled her passion for supporting high-performance athletes and helping them reach their full potential.
Niamh is enthusiastic about helping people achieve their goals, whether this is returning to work or sport. Everyone deserves individualised care and evidence-based treatment.
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys pilates, coastal walks and catching up with friends over good food.
