
A delicious smoothie that provides sustainable energy and supports the endocrine and immune systems and contributes to hormonal balance.
Ingredients:
- 150g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
- 1 small banana – ripe
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- Small slither vanilla bean
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon cacoa powder, cacoa nibs or Naked Chocolat
- 2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure NativeWPI or Organic Pea Protein
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients into a high performance blender
- Blend until extra smooth and creamy
