I’m thrilled to bring my customer service, event management, and business operations experience to my new role as a Receptionist at Total Balance. For the past four years, I ran ‘Elsie & Peg’, a local wholesale soy candle business that gained a strong online presence and local stockists. My passion for customer service grew during my time at Think Business Events, and I also gained valuable event management experience with the Herald & Weekly Times and Victoria Racing Club.

As I transition into the healthcare field, I look forward to bringing my skills to the Total Balance team and contributing to a supportive healthcare experience.

In my free time, I enjoy golf, Pilates, dining out, and spending time with my family, friends, and fur baby, Toby. I’m also a proud mum of two amazing young men.
