A FREE, FUN social run group for ALL abilities of 45 minutes duration. The session will vary from week to week from hill, ramp and stair reps to speed intervals and drills.

Karen is a Physiotherapist at TB and a keen triathlete who believes everyone can run and loves giving running tips and tricks to help make your running more enjoyable
and reduce the risk of injury.

When: 6.45pm weekly on Wednesdays from the 20th November to the 18th of December
