Vic was introduced to yoga over 20 years ago when her mum wanted someone to come with her to her first yoga class! Vic has been practicing yoga
and meditation ever since. Being passionate about health and well-being she left her role as a biologist and completed an MSc in Health Promotion and Health Education, working as the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator in the Youth Service in the UK.
When Vic moved to Australia she decided to follow her passion and trained as a Yoga Teacher (350hrs) in 2012, and then went on to train as a specialist Kids Yoga Teacher and Kids Yoga Therapy Teacher. Vic creates a warm friendly environment and teaches a creative functional style of yoga that encourages students to develop strength and stability while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. Being inspired by the benefits meditation and mindfulness has had in her own life Vic trained as a meditation and mindfulness teacher and offers regular meditation classes.
Vic teaches vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga, meditation and mindfulness in studios around Bayside and teaches Yoga and Mindfulness in Schools. Through mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation Vic enables her students to feel more balanced with a greater sense of peace of mind.
