Ingredients:

  • 2 x Organic Chicken breast
  • 4 x Organic Chicken thighs
  • 2 x red Capsicum
  • 1⁄2 bunch of Silverbeet
  • Ginger- sliced up, as much as you want (very good for immunity)
  • 1 x Sweet potato cut into cubes
  • 2 x cans coconut milk
  • 2 x cans crushed Tomatoes 2 xc cans Chickpea
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 2 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  • Put it all in the slow cooker. Heat up on high for 1 hour then turn down low heat for 6-8 hours.

Serve with topping options:

  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Coriander
  • Naan bread
