Need a quick and easy idea for breakfast tomorrow? The Tahini Chai Smoothie is both healthy and a hit with the kids!

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon T ahini
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tablespoon Greek/coconut yoghurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon knob of fresh ginger
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 cup ice

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
