INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup black tahini
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup buckwheat
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until combined.
  • Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
