Serves 1

  • ¼ cup oats (or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of coconut cream
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Goji berries, pomegranate and almonds to serve

Place the oats in a saucepan and pour in water until the oats are covered by about 0.5cm. Place on low heat for about 2 minutes and then add in the coconut cream, banana, maca and chia seeds. Continue to stir until thick and creamy. Serve with suggested toppings or your own creation.
